In 1334, this Company was in charge of all the commercial affairs related to the Iran Red Crescent Society, as “Deputy Minister of Commerce” of the Medical Procurement Organization. In 1382, it was registered as “Kish Drug Store Company” (Limited Liability Company) in Kish Free Zone. In 2009, after the decision of the GMS, the company was changed from the form of limited liability to a Private joint-stock company under the name of “Soha Kish Commercial Company’. After that, all commercial affairs of the Medical Procurement Organization have been entrusted to Soha Kish Co., and now it is considered one of the most important commercial companies in the country, which is managed by the Medical Procurement Organization of the Iranian Red Crescent Society.
